How much does shipping cost?

• Economy shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more

• Standard shipping is $7.99

• Expedited shipping is $24.99

 

When will my order be shipped?

• Processing time is separate from shipping time

• Processing an order can take between 1-2 business days

• Our standard shipping time is 2 to 3 business days

• Expedited Shipping is 1 to 2 business days after processing

 

When will I receive my tracking number?

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email

• Tracking number will be included once your order is processed for shipping

• We are not liable for packages which are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect entry

Return Instructions

Need to return something? Upon acceptance, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange upon approval or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date on the original order regardless of the payment method used.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit, depending on availability and approval some items may be exchanged. Any requests for returns exceeding 7 days from package receipt will be denied. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. We do not accept return items which are discounted or intimates.

 

 

Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirming your return status.

 

At this time we do not offer refunds to the original payment method and store credit is valid for use online only at barbmobileboutique.com.
